My work weaves together diverse elements, developing and sharing ideas, systems and practices for collective wellbeing

Steps towards collective resilience
£0.00

The PORTAL tools, developed through my doctoral research and refined through practical application, can help communities, organisations and collaborative partnerships make sense of complexity, explore different perspectives and get clearer about their shared purpose, strategy and ways of working.

As a facilitator and consultant, I can accompany you for as long or short a journey as you need, helping you to uncover hidden assumptions, strengthen relationships, navigate challenges and develop systems and practices that work for the particular people, purposes and context involved.

For community-led housing support, I work through Bristol-based workers’ cooperative Ecomotive Limited.

An ecology of perception
£2,500.00

Drawing on academic research, ecological thinking, embodied practice and lived experience, I develop and teach embodied practices that can broaden our awareness of ourselves and the world around us.

By actively choosing where to direct our attention in each moment, and understanding that each one of us has our own strengths and preferences, we can learn to make better decisions and collaborate more effectively with others.

These creative and playful workshops offer a fantastic team building activity, as well as helping people in both professional and community settings to connect with their purpose and get clear about how to achieve it.

The Art of Toasting
£2,500.00

My work draws extensively on the beautiful tradition of Supra from the Republic of Georgia - a ritualised practice of communal feasting and toasting that I discovered through my involvement in Bristol-based Borjghali and Tsiali choirs over the last 10+ years.

Working on my own or in collaboration with community chefs, I offer experiences of the ‘supranatural’ that help us deepen our understanding of ourselves and our connection to the world around us.

Participants are led through an embodied, playful practice of observation and appreciation, building confidence to find and express their own unique voice in the supportive company of others.
